Today tried to DIY my own version of Choco banana yogurt, came out is a very tasty and unexpected good one...hehe...

Ingredients just simple as abc:
DIY yogurt, mix with banana slices and some melted milk chocolate bar, tata.....done!! see?

here to share the DIY yogurt (it's very easy actually, even a small kid can do it): I follow the steps here (Chinese version) and here for the 1st time ever, it came out a success, so guys, if can do it, you can too. nowadays, for some research and digging info from the internet, I know the benefits of consuming pro biotic (eg:enzymes, yogurt) products is very good for human body, details can refer here and below: (thanks for enzyemo blog for the info)

Recently, I've bought couple of chinese fun learning vcd for my girl to watch. suprisingly she can memorised some of the chapter after less than 5 times of viewing, I was so amazed by her good memory, at her age now 2+, she has no idea how to write and read, but she can just repeated out what she has seen or heard before!! good food in Klang

it was a sunny and hot saturday, we (hb, annette and me) have went to setia alam for show units. after that we went to Klang for our dinner. we are not familiar with this place, however with our daring spirits, we just stop by a makan place (behind Standard Chartered Bank), is like a mini foodcourt, just a few stalls operates at that time. we choose a stall call "oh kueh chi", we ordered a pot of chinese tea, "oh jien" (fried eggs with oysters), fried meehon with fish head and a vegie (potato leave). to our surprice, the foods there are deliciuos and price very reasonable (total bill RM30.00). from what we seen, we notice, this is the place where mostly local will visit. the workers there all spoke hokkien to us, really very Klang feel..... also another surprice, the chef is a middle age aunty, good work "lady chef".....

we smell satay while we were eating. that's a satay stall next to it. we ordered pork satay for a try, also taste very yummy....the portion is quite big and cost only 50 sen per stick. of coz we have finish all that too in no time. from our past experience, we had tried some other pork satay at other places, all yucks.... but this one another surprice, as good as what we've eaten in Melaka, but Melaka's one smaller portion at same price.

after all those foods, we are very FULL and call it a day. we definately will go there again....

Already few days didn’t write anything here. Must be more hardworking. The weather recently really hot, hot until like burn me out. Everyday lunch time was the most headache time, 1st thing, don’t know where & what to eat, 2nd thing, the hot sun. my colleague always said” must go air-cond place, no kopitiam…so today we went Jaya supermarket for lunch (actually should have a name for that building, but I duno what it’s name) we parked our car in the basement car park, so can avoid the hot sun. hehe….but have to pay more for parking fee, what to do???

Tomorrow is a day when I should meet up with our distributor from HK 1st time ever, got little bit “kan cheong”. And my boss has booked an “abalone” dinner at Ah yat forum restaurant, eventually, coz it's too pricey, so my boss has turned to a 2nd choice, ie-rest. Oversea at pj armada. Still not bad though. Most importantly, I can also join for the big meal. Hehe…tham chiak fella…

wuaaa....but didn't eat at last...

So, if everything alright, I will blog the 2 lovely HKie visitors and how will our dinner like. So guys, wait 4 my update, ok?

I've been visiting Putrajaya every now and then. it was b'coz we need to do follow up check-up of my little girl. she was born a bit lesser weight, so when she growing up, she is a little bit under-weight. but no worries, she is very heathty, only thing, the hospital and doctors are so concerned, then need us to bring her back to monitor her weight and growing progress. this is one very good point about this govt hospital. they have referred us to a Dietician so that my baby's eating habits and foods intake are all done accordingly....from there, as a new parent, we both gained some knowledges too.

after the Dietician session, we had a simple lunch, then we decided to pay the "federal territory" a visit. we've been there many times, but yet to have a good look on it. that was a very sunny day, when we 1st reached the "dataran wawasan" already many visitors there, how come geh?? may be they all also took a day leave too??? actually among them, lots of them are foreigners, i can see korean, chinese and some local visitors. my girl was over excited, coz the square is very Biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig, she runs freely and we chased her tirely..keke

I received a call from my 1 of my fren, she asked me about how am i now? and she told me something very strange & funny, actually she called to ask me pay her back $$, which i asked her to reload $$ to my hp earlier. i was so suprised, i did not have any prepaid hp, i'm using post paid for more than 10 years liao & i did not ask her to do that at all. and logically thinking, if i've $$ problem, how could i ask outsider, yet she is not my "very" close fren??? she should call my hb or so to concern or verify.......eventually, she was conned few hundred bucks....i really feel angry, coz somebody used my name to con my fren, & at the same time, i pity my fren, she might just lost her $$ like that. poor angeline....

Free Lunch at Kayu mamak restaurant SS2

what a coincidence! today lunch i've made appointment to meet up my SIL for lunch at Rest.Kayu SS2, when i reached there, i saw some bangladeshs holding plate of food walking out from the kayu restaurant, i've a strange feeling, what happened huh? must be some event going on here....when i closed enough to it, oh.....actually the "kayu" is celebrating its' 33rd anniversary, they offer free lunch fr.12pm to 3pm...wah, free woh...fast fast go & see, huh.....so many ppl quing up on the road, & there are also very very crowded inside the restaurant. i gived-in at last, coz i only left less an hour for my lunch, with so many ppl quing, i think wait untill 2pm duno can get any food or not, further more, as an expecting mother, i couldn't wait any longer coz i was very very hungry at that time liao....what a waste...

今天读到一个email, 有人发明了一个东西，可以把臭屁便成香屁，还可以有几种香味选择，神奇吧？看了之后觉得很好笑，挺有用的吧，以后在电梯里放屁也不用尴尬了。
后来想到一个问题，到底是如何用的呢？塞进屁眼儿里吗？那不是很痛？哈哈哈。。。。。

Bad sleep...

aiyo...now very headache, may be due not enough sleep last nite. duno what happen to my girl, she was awake at abt 4am in the morning, then i thought she must be hungry, so i quickly went make her milk then after she finished her nenen, i was like very asleep, so juz doze off on the bed, but suddently hear sound, ehehehehehe....was my girl calling me, what now? not full already meh? so i wake up again to comfort her, then she was sleep again. after a while, eeheeheeheeh...aiyooo..yau lai?? this time she was already sitting up right & look at me, dun understand why...after i comfort her for a while, she went to sleep again...this repeated many times, untill i so tired & end up went to sleep duno at what time. then.....after some time, i hear the same voice again, so i slowly open my eyes, look at the clock, har....not even 7am yet. i kept on comfort her, then she slept, then she wake up again then comfort her then slept again, it repeated again & again. i was so fed up liao, so i wake my hb up & ask him to carry my girl out of her bed & sleep in between us, & i went make her milk again, then after nenen, she still not feel like sleeping, so she turns/rolls here & there....fast forward...then at last she went to sleep, & me also feel my eyes so heavy & went to sleep also.....then i suddently feel like i've missed something, aiyoo...i overslept, lalalam wake up, it was 8.15am, so i'll late to work again....

think all mothers must understand how i felt, & that was not new to me, it will happen once in a while...therefore older people said, baby can not over played during day time or before they go to sleep, if not, they cannot have good quality sleep at nite. how true? share with me your experience?

those days, before we got internet, we used to be asking our frens & relatives: give me your pager number?

then, we got fax machine, we were asking: give me your fax number?

then, we got handphone, we were asking: give me your hp number? also later, sms, mms became the most famous channel.

then, we got internet, we were asking: give me your email address?

then, more advance, we were asking: give me your msn/yahoo/gmail ID?

then now, we are asking: hey, do you blog? give me your website address?

even, my little girl also mimic adults talking on the hp.. :-D

hahaha...so when time goes by, we do not know what future going to be like, may be at that time we got some other wireless devices that can be communicate at any time any where, with no cost...who knows....

Home made pop corn

still want to 88 about makan...

i had this pack of pop corn from a fren who bring it fr usa quite some time ago. this is the 1st time i ever seen this type of pop corn. actually some supermarket already selling it, only thing, we never notice all this while, hehe, paiseh..

it was very easy to cook, unwrap the packing, then put it flat inside microwave oven, high heat for 2 minutes, done! u can smell it even from the next door, very strong butter smell, it was not sweet, it tasted a bit salty instead. indeed, if you like those ordinary pop corn, think u won't like this, coz for some ppl, it's like tasteless. however most importantly, i think it's still better coz no sugar and it's cholesterol free!! good for our health.

Beef noodles

today want to share a place where we visit very often with u all:

this restaurant yang kee is located at Tmn OUG, same row with the famous steven's corner. i'm not sure if somebody else has blog abt it b4? they specialties are Beef noodles, and they sell yong tau fu too. the taste, emm...yum yum. for a bowl of beef noodle dry or soup cost RM4.50. i think the dry version is the favorites of most of the customers, they didn't mix the noodles with dark soya sauce, instead they mix it with the fried mince pork, we all love it very much; it also come with a bowl of beef "spare parts"soup..(hehe..., i do not eat them, that's why i do not know how to call them). guys, pls prepare to wait at least 20-30minutes b4 the noodles are served, there usually very packed during lunch hour, especially weekends. 1 thing i would like to highlight is, they have air-condition...so, not like other kopitiam, we can enjoy eating there with no sweat. btw, they are actually originated from peel road cheras, now they still open that small stall there every nites, so hardworking huh....

last nite was too excited and kan cheong, i watched the game (thro' astro live) with all my family with heart beats as like on a roller coaster. with 2 stainght games, Koo&Tan have won the Men double champion title, let us Malaysian all feel very proud of them and they have fullfilled our dream of 25 long years!fooiyoh....

here are some notes to the new champion, fr my lovely hb:
"Congratulations to Koo Kien Keat & Tan Boon Heong for winning 2007 All England Mens Double over China Cai Yun & Fu HaiFeng. Also thanks to coach Rexy Mainaky for his excellent trainings & guidances to the boys.Well done & keep it up. Certainly Malaysia Boleh !"

Good food at Puchong

Halo, yesterday did not post anything coz got something else on during office hour. we had arrange a dinner among our closed frens last nite, it was last minute arrangement, end up we went to a restaurant that not well known but is already have much of their very own regulars. it's located at Tmn Kinrara Puchong, a small corner shop same row with king's cake shop & Bintang supermarket. think all puchongites knows where is it. we went there ourself several times, every time we felt the foods' taste better than many big & well known restaurants, and the pricing is very reasonable too. so i thought of to share it to you all.

5 of us, we ordered 5 dishes all together + a kongfu style wantan noodle:
steam fish (非洲鱼）(i must say, many ppl might think this kind of cheap fish will have nothing special about it, but i tell you, after u tasted it, u won't regret)
thai style taufu (yummy...)
ginger fried lala with spring onion
braised trotter (焖猪手）
fried kailan

kongfu style wantan noodle (i must say, their fried noodles all taste very good, must try)

with rice & chinese tea, total bill only come to RM71-
hard to belief huh...

38 Women Day 妇女节快乐

when i read the sin chew daily today, saw a title: “每4窮人3個是女性”（every 3 out of 4 poor person are women)
, so suprise with this rating!!! can't believe with so many women now already working and get involved in business, the rating is like that high. actually when i look around me, women from my upper generation(around my mom's age) mostly are housewife, they have no income, unless got allowance from the husband, if not,they are really POOR...

anyhow,even like new world as today,still lots of housemaker(better name for housewife)earn no money, their source of income are from the husband. could we set a law to let all men pay the "wife" salaries and allowance. since we all "work" very hard for our family?? most guys out there will not agree with me.

今天同事问我一些她女儿的功课：基本笔画及配词（不是选择题）。哇！动脑筋时间。才小学一年级哦，对小朋友来讲的确实有点难度。各位，您知道什么是：卧钩，斜钩，横折钩，竖折吗？当时我是想了好一会儿，才写下了答案。可能是时间过了这么久，真的是连基本的也忘了。我的同事更惨，因为她不是读华语书的，所以女儿的功课都很难帮忙温习，我看只有去补习华语，不然的话，买本电脑字典咯。。。what to do?

还有，今天也学到了一个小秘方：香茅两条，小葱头4-5粒，加水煲上一个小时，对风咳很有效，各位也不妨一试。

Yeah, I've my own blog..

today, 7/3/07, 1st time created my own blog. have been viewing other bloggers blog about many things: foods, places of interest, kids, politics, happenings, investing, IT...etc, & everything else. actually no idea what should i blog about, emm...may be people nowadays are more like to 88 anything under the sun. did you see mamak stall, HK char chan theng, kopitiam, all these places are packed with many people. they can chit-chat for a day long. further more tomorrow is 三八妇女节，3/8 women day, so is a good day to post some 88 stories from now on. so lets start....vrooooooom.....

now wanna to 88 about something regarding my little girl, she was sick before cny, at first cough only, later on got little fever. then the cough lasted for about 2 weeks, as 1st time perent, we were so worried why it take so long to recover?? end up we went back our hometown-BP, to celebrate our cny, and we had the feeling we will be we tiring & worring to get over this cny. suprisingly, my girl's sickness just gone away like that, no extra medications or so.(may be due the better air quality there) and she was very happy & very easily get/mix around with all her cousins and ah gong ah mah...even sleep good during afternoon nap and at night,so i'm like very relax and happy coz i can also sleep more than usually did at our own home.

you all don't know all these while my girl was very scared to strangers or people she do not know well, every time if you very closed to her face or body, she will sure cry out very very loud, then this action will scare back the people who trying to close to her...hehe..scary. every time, this make those people very emparess, they thougt must be their own look very "yeong shui" 样衰, if not, why this baby girl not like him/her??? actually not, guys, don't worry, you are not "样衰"...only thing, my girl is like that lo...think other parents also encounter the same before.

i know parent with small kids, they tends to go out less often. i even got friend said they are now like "jailed" and go no where at least 2 to 3 years. coz all scare troublesm, if the babies cry, hungry, sleepy, or worse still "pang sai" inside the diaper during the day out, this will make parent very frustated. what to do huh? have to adapt with it, this will make us feel be a parent is not easy at all & we should have appreciated and understand what our parent went through. think most of the parent will agree with me.
